To improve the performance of turbo machines the better understanding of flow inside the machine is required. The impeller volute interaction in turbo machinery is well predicted by a numerical model. A good agreement is obtained between the experimental and CFD results. This advantage made it possible to carry out various analyses occurring inside turbo machines for better design.
